Since my main computer has once again died on me, I've been playing with Frapps on my gaming machine. I'll still try to work around the comp issue for the podcast but until then... enjoy!

SO! You can't say I shouldn't get an E for Effort! I spent 2 hours recording with Kitch this afternoon for the next cast. And as I was saving the recording, my crappy computer just crashed.
I'm going to try and recover the data but I think it's gone. I've had to start using my gaming machine as my main computer ever since my main computer started blowing up at random. Most probalby hard drive failure but I changed it out just a few months ago. I want to throw it off my balcony I'm so mad(hopefully it doesn't crush my dog).
soooo....sigh....it'll be another week at least.
in other news, i respeced my rogue today. cost me 15g because i messed up once. :( but i'm hoping this will allow me to do more dps in PVE until i get geared for PvP. :)

Hallo. so this is my little video experiment with Frapps.
sorry it's not super cool or anything. i'm just learning the software and the editing stuff.
And if I sound kinda tired in the video, it's because I did it at 3am last night after doing a 4-man Live Stratholme run. oy. Work is gonna suck in the morning.
anyhow. enjoy!

Ugh. at work again working late. i keep dreaming or daydreaming of going back home, logging into WoW, and going to my new favorite getaway spot.
boozefort showed it to me. it's this little farming village in between dun morogh and the wetlands that is only reachable by scaling the mountains and dropping off a water fall. i wish i had my screen shot available to post right now.
weird enough. i found myself roaming around the village checking out the cows..hay stacks...scarecrow...and fishing in the little lake with the sound of the waterfall gushing.
there was something about finding a place in the game that was so secluded... i felt so relaxed.
Just like that WoW Exploration video I posted in my blog awhile back...it's nice to be in these areas and just exist.
It was also pretty cool because I found places where the texture mapping wasn't resolved and it reminded me so much of when I was doing 3dmax studio renderings and I could never get the faces to map right. :)
anyhow, that's where I wish I was right now....sleeping on top of the wagon full of hay. :)
edit: 09/14/06
pic of my village. heh!
