Yeah, Greg is right. Summoned boss in heroic Setthek for Druid epic flight form quest.
Apparently the drop rate for the bird isn't bad at all, unlike the other mounts (baron's,ZG tiger, ZG raptor, AQ 40 mount, etc.).
