Base Jumping
Northern Ferelas:
At the top of east peak of The Twin Colossals is Kalin Windflight (lvl 60 humanoid) who you can buy a Colossal Parachute from for 20 silver. Then you base jump off the cliff and pray you don't land on they elite dragonkin below. There's not point to it. It's just fun as hell.

I suddenly have an urge to watch Close Encounters.
Didn't you all love the holiday mugs that gave you the ability to float? I was base jumping off thunderbluff and off blimps all day.
Too bad they expired.
I remember the first time a high level brought me there.
They both used their parachutes as soon as they jumped, and it ran out and they just dropped like their wings had been clipped hehe.
Luckily I had my own parachute too (engineers ftw) so floated to safety...

uh...i released my shoot too soon as well... it wasn't pretty. i crashed onto the side of the cliff. but it was fun when i finally got the hang of it.
